About the Training Camp

Get back on the ice before the season starts with a special opportunity to sharpen your skills with NHL legend, Stephane Matteau. 

The goal of this 2-day camp is for players to particiapte in the proper pre-season routine both on and off the ice, providing them with some great tools and takeaways they can utilize for the season in front of them.

1 Hour of on-ice training

30 minutes off-ice training

15 minute parent Q&A with
